Concrete has intrigued me for years. From the colossal skyscrapers it supports to the ever-fascinating placement of aggregate, it has much to offer.
This is a collection of images following my continued exploration of concrete at the small scale.
I started with using bowls as forms. This created smooth surfaces, but was inflexible in terms of the outcome. This was most useful for trying various ratios of cement to water.
Later, I moved into making my own moulds to practice for future experiments.
